Gloria is the partnerships lead 2023, she is an advocate whose practice has focused on government advisory on energy and technology policy. Prior to Oxford, she was a principal legal and procedural adviser to parliamentary Committees at the Kenyan legislature, collaborated on regional projects at the East Africa Legislative Assembly and worked in public policy and regulatory affairs consulting.

Gloria is passionate about supporting efforts that drive economic transformation and social mobility for Africa’s youth through technology. She enjoys innovating on avenues to convene stakeholders on common issues for mutual benefit She is a Mastercard- AfOx scholar reading for the Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government.
