Clara is an Incubator Venture Manager at Oxford University Innovation (OUI), where she has spent the past four years supporting the commercialization of university IP and start-ups through OUI's Incubator. In this role, she works closely with Oxford students, staff, and alumni to help turn innovative ideas into thriving ventures.
