Moritz's focus lies at the intersection of science and innovation. He founded Futurize to turn young people into entrepreneurs. Futurize is a venture-builder for universities - inspiring early-stage ventures through incubator and entrepreneurship programs across the world, with a particular focus on Africa. Futurize founders have raised a total of $1,5M in seed capital and turned their visions into high-growth startups.

Moritz serves as a board member at MariTest - a medtech device that integrates AI and advanced biosensor technology to diagnose Malaria bloodlessly, faster and cheaper than ever. He advises other early-stage founders across Africa, guiding them to build sustainable, investor-ready businesses.
