Charlotte Effah is a brand marketing expert with over 10 years’ experience in marketing, partnerships, and digital advertising across global industries including luxury retail, FMCG, automotive, and entertainment.
She is currently the Marketing & Partnerships Lead at Selfridges, where she is responsible for amplifying brand partners through strategic planning and integrated activations across all categories. Prior to this, she spent over six years at one of the agencies within Omnicom Media Group, rising from Intern to Brand Advertising Director. Over the course of her career, Charlotte has worked with leading global brands including Nike, LVMH, Diageo, Netflix, British Airways, Selfridges, and more.
With a strong focus on building culturally relevant and commercially impactful campaigns and brand activations, she specialises in delivering standout, multi-channel brand moments and marketing amplification. She is passionate about pushing the boundaries of brand storytelling through experiential marketing, digital innovation, and strategic partnerships.
