Chinagorom Ajike

Report/Magazine Volunteer Coordinator

Chinagorom Ajike is reading for a Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government, University of Oxford. With over a decade of experience across four departments in the Nigerian government, his focus has been on the formulation of public policy, quality infrastructure development, and the implementation of modern performance management systems. His commitment to excellence was recognized with the Presidential Public Service Merit Award and the winning prize of the maiden Federal Public Service Innovation Challenge Team.

During his time at Oxford, his interests have evolved, encompassing areas such as public-private partnerships, sustainability, and the mitigation of climate change effects. His commitment to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) earned him a Fellowship at the Oxford SDG Impact Lab. This trajectory mirrors his professional journey, characterized by a multidisciplinary approach that combines practical experience with a profound understanding of public policy to drive social impacts.

Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, he is delighted to contribute to the Oxford Africa Conference as the Report/Magazine Writing Coordinator. This role resonates with his passion for fostering meaningful conversations and collaborations that can drive positive change in Africa.
