The session critiques current finance mechanisms for excluding vulnerable communities and explores justice-centered alternatives like community-led action, gender-responsive funding, and indigenous knowledge. Through dialogue and case studies, participants will co-create strategies for equitable, locally rooted climate finance aligned with AU Agenda 2063 and decolonial climate goals.
