Adrienne Henderson is a core member of the EMEA team at Quona Capital. In this role, she focuses investing in and developing the fintech ecosystem across the African and Middle East region.

Before joining Quona, Adrienne built a diverse investment and advisory background spanning venture capital, private equity, and strategy consulting across the U.S., U.K., and Africa. She began her career with four years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) before transitioning into investing roles. She spent two years at the private equity firm Searchlight Capital Partners before moving into early-stage investments in Kenya with Equator Venture Capital and now Quona Capital.

Adrienne holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University.
