Leslie Tsai is the Director of Integrity Programs at the Chandler Foundation. Prior to this role, she served on the executive team of a global health nonprofit focused on chronic disease prevention in the United States and internationally.

She began her legal career at Sullivan & Cromwell before transitioning into the nonprofit and development sectors. Her professional experience spans institutions including the World Bank Group, the African Development Bank, the Supreme Court of Rwanda, and the Special Court for Sierra Leone.

Leslie Tsai has been recognised as a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, and a TEDx speaker. She holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Harvard Law School and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
