Creator & Executive Producer of Netflix's First Africa Reality TV Series

Peace Hyde producer of the first African unscripted original hit reality TV series, Young, Famous and African, winner of the South African Film and Television Awards for best reality tv soapie for 2024. The show has been renewed for three seasons and is a global top 10 across over 30 countries on Netflix. Over her illustrious 10-year career as a journalist, Hyde served as the West African Correspondent for Forbes Africa before being promoted to the head of digital media and partnerships where she worked across the company’s digital platform on revenue and audience growth initiatives including launching the Forbes Africa TV platform and its subsequent flagship shows, My Worst Day and Against All Odds. In 2018, Hyde was shortlisted by President Barrack Obama from a pool of 30,000 African leaders to be part of the 200 Inaugural Obama Foundation Africa Leaders, a recognition that highlights her remarkable work with her education non-profit, Aim Higher Africa, which has built over 6000 businesses for grassroots entrepreneurs in Ghana and created opportunities for millions of unemployed youths in Africa.
