Bupe is a governance and development professional with a strong track record in policy research and analysis and youth empowerment. With experience across Africa, the U.K, and the U.S, she specialises in designing and delivering impactful projects that drive social change, strong policy, and sustainable development. She has a Masters of Science (MSc) in Global Governance and Diplomacy from the University of Oxford focusing on African Political Economy. 

She is also the Founder of Abana Afrika Foundation, where she has developed and delivered programs that empower young people with entrepreneurial leadership and personal development skills, impacting over 500 young people. She has worked for both the UK House of Commons and Zambian National Assembly. She currently seats on the board of Afrobarometer, Africa’s leading public opinion think thank.
