Tobi Moronfolu holds an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford, where her research examined coordination challenges in Nigeria’s public debt management and their implications for fiscal sustainability under a federal system.

She currently works at British International Investment, the UK’s development finance institution, as an Investment and Impact Analyst, supporting investments that drive sustainable growth across Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia.

Previously, she worked in the Debt Capital Markets division at Deutsche Bank, where she structured cross-border acquisition finance and loan origination transactions for large corporations in emerging markets.
