Toluwalope Dada is a first-class law graduate from Obafemi Awolowo University and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2021. She is currently studying for an MSc in Law and Finance at the University of Oxford. She has worked in corporate law, investment banking, development finance, private equity, non-profit and consulting.

Olivia is reading for an MSc in African Studies at Mansfield College and has a background in business management and African and African American Studies (AAAS) from Earlham College. Before graduate school, she worked at the Global Environment and Technology Foundation (GETF), providing support to ameliorate sustainable access to Water, , Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) on the African continent.

Fikayo
Akeredolu
Director, Programme
Fikayo is currently completing her Masters at Oxford University. She is studying Contemporary China, focusing on the impact of Special Economic Zones, their role in Chinese economic expansion and the potential for successful adoption in Africa. She is also working on a rational choice theory framework for African countries. Her main research interests are the political economy of Africa and the international relations of the continent.


Alison (Allo) Erlwanger

Alison (Allo) is studying for an MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology and is part of Wolfson College. She is particularly interested in women’s sexual and reproductive health and has experience in research, technical advisory, and leadership capacity building the healthcare sector. Prior to Oxford, she was working in her native Zimbabwe in the public healthcare sector.
